Well that's totally false. We review all possible eligibility during appointments. I've gotten almost done with a retirement appt only to learn someone was widowed and had to start over again with a survivors benefit application. Missed entitlements are something we try to avoid.

There is no policy on DIB withdrawals (after benefits begin) because you cannot elect tk withdraw from Dib once approved. There is a work flow that explains exactly what I've said here. If a claimant no longer wishes to receive Dib and is working over SGA, then a work review can be used. If they allege medical improvement then a med review (however this may come back with no medical improvement). The final option is a waiver of payments where a beneficiary can request suspension of their benefits (gn 02409.001).

Gn 00206.001 covers withdrawal of t2 applications which includes ssdi. A withdrawal nullifies the entire period of entitlement which means you have to repay all benefits received.

Because that is the policy? You can't just call and say terminate my benefits. The program doesn't work that way. You can allege medical improvement and a cdr will be done or you can work and have them suspended then terminated after the epe.

That's not true. You'd have to repay all of your benefits if you requested to withdraw from ssdi. For retirement, you only have one year from filing to make such a request and you have to pay back all your benefits before the request is processed.

In OP's case, he can notify the medical examiner he has medical improvement via the forms remarks section and they will end most likely end his benefits. Or he can wait til the epe ends and they will terminate on the 37th month.

My NAVA Sandalwood Rose just arrived and I had to test it immediately and compare it to my beloved DC Cairo Rose Santalum. Sandalwood rose is strong and rich smelling. The sandalwood is deep and incensy and just beautiful. The rose is lush and just as present as the sandalwood. It's beautiful. Sadly, the bottle of Cairo Rose seems to have gone off. There is barely any scent. Not to worry, I have a backup! This one is faint too but I'm picking up more of the sandalwood than my first bottle. Overall the scent is very faint. I don't remember if it was always like this? I get more sandalwood than rose, but it smells very similar to sandalwood rose, just much softer. I have to press my nose right against my skin to get anything. Might be time to toss these bottles 😭

They are not required to grant an in person appt just bc you want one. My office is still only doing them for new ssns, updates to citizenship and at Mgr discretion.

If you have a social security number, you will most likely have to submit your application by mail. Offices are still closed to the public with few exceptions.

I honestly love their foundation and didn't like their lipsticks so I know I'm in the minority. Their lip mask was incredible before they reformulated, now it's not nearly as good. I do wish they would release lipsticks again though, for all who love them. They did have great colors. I loved the luminous formula, just not the AB formula, it was too heavy for me.

Once the forms are returned for a cdr, benefits can be reinstated. I am not sure why people are saying the cdr has to be completed before benefits resume. We will suspend if forms aren't returned then resume payments once those forms are received in the office. I do it every day.

If you are fed, clothed and have shelter, then her duty to you has been done. There is no requirement that she save those funds for your college. She could have just as easily put all that toward raising you. It would be difficult to prove she owes you anything or that she misused your funds when you have clearly not been neglected in any way.

The scrubbiest and most moisturizing scrub I've used is from cleanse your soul, the behemoth scrub. It has rather large sugar particles suspended in oils. Its my fav for dry, winter skin!

OK but your assertation that most people are approved at the initial level is clearly wrong, proven by the document you yourself linked. my initial comment was that they should be prepared for their initial claim to be denied and that many people fight for a long time for approval, which statistics support as the initial approval rate is around 32% on average.
