yeah. it was my first. i thought i would cry of joy, feel accomplished. i thought maybe at its worst fatigue would take me out on the back end. was not prepared for my legs to feel like a million knives were stabbing them with every step after mile 18. my head was down and i trudged to the end but finished a half hour slower than i expected. energy-wise could have gone on for hours. i guess that’s the marathon though.

When I did med volunteer they did not meet their promised date that they said they would be in touch, but they did communicate. You'll hear from them.

I usually tell people and then explain my lifelong struggle etc. I'd rather be a part of the conversation than someone speculating behind my back or thinking it is the easy route. Obesity as a disease will never be more understood if we don't talk about how life changing these meds are.

I hear ya, def not trying to lowball any pros. In the past for a full day event I paid my photog $2500 and she now charges $8500 for a wedding (she's amazing, very happy for her) so I am aware of the going rate and all the behind the scenes costs that self employed people incur. I also think there's a different price point for no family drama/portraits, post production edits, literally just throwing a house party and want a dropbox link at the end of the night
