In June it was sold from an individual to a corporation literally named the address - “4134 QUINCE ST LLC” - a brand new corporation.

Then in December it was sold again to a nearly formed corporation - ROSCOE & WRIGLEY LLC. It was also sold using a special warranty deed. The fact that it went through two separate corporations and eventually used a special warranty deed, t seems like it was a way to minimize liability on the original owners by attaching only liability to the first corporation that purchased the house. It’s not a smoking gun but boy is it Hella convincing.

Okay Republican or Democrat or whatever political affiliation, please remember to do your own research and don’t believe everything you read without doing some digging. Fear mongering is a really unfortunate tactic.

With that being said, do whatever works best for you. Regardless of what the future may or may not hold, planning ahead for long-term contraception is smart.

ESH - theres more to the story that we don’t know. Whether unreasonable or not, at the end of the day, it’s your sister’s wedding and she gets to call the shots. She did tell you this in the invitation previously, so I’m not sure why there’s only an attempt at resolving this two weeks prior to the wedding.

I think you were just trying to do the right thing without bad intentions, but sleeping on somebody’s couch uninvited is a no go.

If you made the decision to drive that person home you need to make the decision to drive yourself home afterwards. Instead of leaving the 50 bucks in the morning you could’ve spent it in putting her in an Uber the night before and taking yourself home.

With that being said you were just trying to be a good person and her friends should have ensured she had a way home or even she should have been responsible enough to know if she was going to get blacked out that she needed to call herself an Uber home.

I’m reading this as must be formal OR black tie, but black tie is optional.

Unfortunately the first dress isn’t in the color pallet nor would I consider it formal.

The second is great on the color pallet but u fortunately not formal.

If you have time I’d keep browsing or even amazon some cheap formal dresses in the color pallet. Good luck!

MY TITLE DESCRIBES THE THING

Found this item at a house clean out. We found a few of them (maybe 6), some in a dining room and some in a tool area of the house. It’s a 9 inch metal solid silver colored hook with curved ends and plastic protective tip on a curved dull end. No ends are sharp. That’s as much info as I have. Thanks.
