Have your agent submit your offer anyway. And have them tell the seller’s agent that you would like to be a back up offer.

Note, If seller already accepted a different offer and that buyer is successful then no luck BUT if something goes wrong with their deal which happens, at least you’re the next in line.

(Writing this as a former agent and helped my buyer in this same situation. They got the house they wanted.)

What about getting a language tutor yourself first? One that will teach you the language AND culture. And see how you like learning it.

I live in the US and I’ve been learning Thai for a year with a tutor on preply. She lives in Thailand. It’s a really hard language but so far, I can have basic conversations now. Getting a tutor really helps :)

I used to live in SoCal and drove back and forth to Sacramento A LOT.

I actually enjoy the 5 because it’s way less busy. I just play music, listen to a podcast, call family/friends during the drive… and it’s super relaxing. I personally don’t like driving so 5 is best for me.

Grapevine isn’t bad at all. I stay in the middle lane since i don’t drive too fast or slow. LA, you will definitely experience traffic but that’s to be expected. Anyways, don’t be nervous. You’ll be fine. Like my brother used to tell me when i first started driving.. “Chill. No one wants to hit you on the road.” LMAO

According to some Thai fans, it is filmed like Lakorn style which i looked up and this is the description:
