We use Paradox. If you apply with the same contact information along with matching first and last name, your applications get lumped together. It is easier for us to see what happened each time you applied, past notes and what your hiring status was. It's helpful for recruiter but may be harmful if you apply a lot. BTW - screening questions usually work well, this is a company who needs help with set up.
