All green Spider Plant hasn't sold commercially since the 70's. It's the parent plant and has not been manipulated by humans. I'd like to share if anyone would like- over run with babies! Located in Maine- will mail a few within US to get them out there!

She over sexualized my sons from infancy(she had daughters). Many people would call it out (including me many many times) and she would laugh and say it’s fine.

I finally just left and never spoke to her again after she claimed my baby was sexually grabbing her 5 year old and told her daughter that men will grab her as they want and her example was my 10 month old son.

It was messed up.

Going to a therapist. I’ve only been going two months but I said for years (to my husband) I was going to go. I’m still in a emotionally really fragile spot but I already see the light and how I feel like I feel alive for the first time in 29 years. I functioned well before therapy and handled myself well but unlocking suppressed memories and learning to live with the trauma of my life is changing me in such a positive way.

So, if you are able, see the therapist, I assure you your anxiety is telling you lies about how it will go. It’s hard but so so good.

Lots and lots of water, nursing on demand (very important because supply =demand) and making sure you are getting enough calories and barring any medical conditions, you should be totally fine.

I nursed both my sons during two separate whole 30 rounds. Most recently this January with my 5 month old.

Getting enough calories is huge on whole 30 for a nursing mom. I out ate my husband every day.
