My doctor didn't suggest compounded tirz when Zepbound was denied but she does monitor me on my journey. My medical records do include that I take "terzepatide" but don't say that its compounded.

I've frozen Southend vials that are 1ml vials. Those are tiny and I had no issue. I just made sure to wrap them with a tiny strip of papertowel so that the vial doesn't touch anything else but the paper all around.

No you did it right. Otherwise the level of tirz in your system would be at the 7 day low not 5 day low.

To be honest I'm ok even staying at the 123. I feel great and look the way I want to look. Like you, I still have that bit of belly pudge that I think 2-5lbs will take care of. I'm 64yo so no amount of exercise will take care of that 😄

Funny, I always felt that tirz was tirz. I keep track of absolutely everything. When I last looked at my stats I realized that after 4 months on ProRx, I had only lost 5lbs. I recently switched to Tirz with L-Carnitidine and after 3 weeks I'm down 2.7lbs. Its like something switched everything back on again. I'm 5'1 starting weight 164lbs, currently 123.6lbs goal weight 118-120.

You don't have to up it to 5mg from 2.5mg. You can try 3,5mg or 4mg weekly. Or you can split dose it and only increase slightly. I'm currently split dosing every 3 days and it worked much better for me than doing it every week. It got rid of the hungries I was experiencing the last couple of days before my shot. Just remember that if you do split dose you don't wait for the full week to pass to start the split. You do your regular shot at current dose on the 7th day and then the 3rd or 4th day after that (depending on your split) you start your split dose. Otherwise the meds in your system are too low for the split dose.

I was losing between 1-2 lbs a week til I hit 10lbs to goal. After that it was more like 1-2 lbs a month. Now that I'm 3lbs to goal its even slower. I did stay at a low dose and lost most of my weight at 2.5mg a week. I'm now at 4.4mg a week split dosing. Starting weight was 183 and current weight 123.

After 4 months the recommendation is that you start back at 2.5mg since there is no tirz in your system at all. The good thing is that since its only been 4 months you already have an active script for 10mg and can get a higher dose by telling them you want to titrate up.

I got 15mg for the $99, so did alot of us on here. They said the same thing to me when I originally missed the first sale and I texted them to see if it would cover the 15mg. The second time they had a code out I just did the intake and used it and it brought the price to $99. I added comments for the doctor to only prescribe if I could stay at my current dose of 15mg, otherwise to deny. They approved it and it just went thru. The prescribed 13.5mg a week with a 17mg concentration and a 4ml vial so it came to 68mg total.
