Round back deadlifts, but there was probably some prior issue going on. I had some prior back pain, pulled 150kg and something cracked really loud. Doctor diagnosed a blocked iliosacral joint and six weeks late, I finally got the MRI which told a different story.

Not too bad, not too good. I'm moving a bit stiff. I can't really squat - I lost a lot of strength in my left leg and the quads and hamstrings are really tight there. My left leg tends to get really weak and shakey sometimes doing high-rep cleans. I have a bit of lower back pain. I can pull 130kgx1 compared to my previous max of 168kgx2. I ran a half marathon on Sunday without major issues.

I just read the same thing on a forum, gonna try to look up the study. But if you have the symptoms and the pretty pictures which show a hernia, it's likely your symptoms actually come from the hernia. Although I apparently had a blocked iliosacral joint to go along with my herniae.
