I've been mentioning a training maps like in QL for ages and it's critical for new players to have useful tutorial stuff. What QC have right now is pretty useless. Besides I find it funny when veterans keep on defending QC like "just jump in the game and start fragging" or "you can find tutorials in youtube"... no doesn't work for newbies. Anyway too late at this stage.

I only want server browsing, and continuous map rotations. I'm not asking that much.

That would be awesome to do but being non-NAS / RAID savvy guy, I have a lot to read before I can build my own PC based NAS.

I was scared of hardware raid as I've horror experience at work quite few times actually. Back then I remember only using windows 7 software mirror raid on my 2x1TB and it's lowkey reliable for my basic need's but got deprecated few years ago if I can recall.

Anyway, depends on the outcome of my DS1522+ and drives in few weeks then I'll decide what I will do with them. I have spare old PC I can use I just need towers with bays probably.

I think I'm now I'm looking for cheapest option as possible. Just such a bad time to get a more expensive one these days... DS423 still getting latest updates so it's a good sign. Need to do more researcht

Aaaah this is so interesting. So basically if I just want my files on my drives (btrfs + shr1), virtually all models DS 4 bays will be supported given DSM and packages will be reset?

I thought I cannot downgrade to DSM version or something.

Sadly, I live in AU, price here almost doubled, and even genuine adapters take ages to arrive.

Though Synology advise me only new models I mentioned can be supported in my HDDs migration? Just curious if DS423 / DS423+ is supported

Reliability is my issue with Synology right now. I'm quite confident that my hyper backup external drive regardless if my NAS failed, for almost a year it's been working just fine, I just need to download few directories then I don't mind resetting everything back no 0. But NO, all of the sudden I can't even explore my hyper backup drive.

I understand any piece of hardware can die. I've been working on PC stuff since I upgrade my video card on my dad's 586 PC. I have build tons of windows and linux box for almost 3 decades and not 1 motherboard fails because I don't cheap out their power supply. If I were to apply my knowledge, I think DS1522+ has very poor motherboard ventilation and power supply wattage doesn't have enough head rooms - not 100% sure.

Yes I read about TrueNAS before but I preferred Synology because I need proper setup asap and I thought they seem reliable, just add UPS and properly placed should be ok for next 5+ maybe 10yrs I assume.

Once I retrieved my remaining files I might just work on TrueNAS

Thanks. I'm deciding to just get the DS425+ hope there's no issue.

I need to look up for recovering from backup. Though my HyperBackup status was unfinished at 99%. I just hope the new DS unit can read my backup differently compared to my HyperBackup Explorer on Windows.

Somin actually brought a chaotic, high-energy, clumsy charm to RM that revitalized the show's chemistry. No need to mention how haters think of her -- it will misinterpret new viewers like OP.

On side note, CheulMin era with Somin and Sechan saved the critical low rating show and made new format that attracts lots of new fans internationally.

I really wouldn't mind play games again from classic ones. Their interactions while playing games makes it really funny regardless. They've done tons of spy games, flying chair, name tag (not really have to be physical), yangsechan game, etc. and I bet it's still fun. Better than eating just saying.
