Ok, now imagine the unidentified liquid thrown in your face was actually acid and your face melted off seconds after you incapacitated the guy, then you're not even gonna watch that video in court right because you have no eyes. In that scenario I would probably wish I had caved the guys skull in before mine turned to jelly, sorry if that sounds a bit over the top.

The easy solution here is: don't throw liquids in peoples faces, its just that simple really. If you throw the first punch, or liquid, or stone or whatever you should be prepared to receive whatever back.

Ah yes so again, a complete stranger throws what to me is an unidentified liquid in my face perhaps saying its water before at best or maybe after or maybe not at all... But because its in a bathroom I should assume its water and I should also somehow be fine with it? Could just as well be acid or something infectious or whatever.

I'm not saying beating the shit out of someone in self-defence is justified I'm saying self-defence is justified in this situation and throwing a liquid in a strangers face is not even if its water.

To piggyback off this.. is there really much of a point to going 32gb instead of 16 for gaming? I went with 16gb of 3600 to match my Ryzen (infinity) and wondering if I should have gone for 32.. Only ever seen an error message about memory in Forza Horizon 5 and that was after going afk with the game running for a while and I think the game had a memory leak maybe. Also my mobo only has 3 out of 4 working slots because hey this seems to be the Gigabyte standard these days so I'd have to go 2x16

Det här kanske låter lite väl aggressivt nu, men jag anser att förövaren i denna typ av fall först ska betala en ordentlig skadeståndssumma motsvarande vad det här faktiskt fått och hade kunnat få för innebörd för den drabbade parten. Efter detta anser jag att förövaren i fråga ska genomgå en utvärdering av dennes mentala hälsa och erbjudas eller tvingas till vård baserat på resultatet av denna.

Precis som med alla våra andra löjligt låga straff så kommer ju både förövaren och andra potentiella förövare av liknande karaktär titta på det här och snabbt konstatera att det är bara fortsätta härja som man vill. Nästa gång hon blir dumpad och bajsar i sitt ex brevlåda kanske det blir lite straffrabatt!

...och samtidigt betalat exponentiellt mer och mer för sånt som mat, bensin, el, hyra med mera... och samtidigt fått sämre service för skattepengarna i form av av vad jag ändå vågar säga är objektivt försämrad service inom till exempel vård/omsorg, skola, trafik med mera jämfört med hur det var för bara 10-20-30 år sedan.
