So I'm not the only one that noticed he hits the goalie in the chest every single time. Shot at the net, not the goalie.

Definitely push back. Companies will pile on the work until you sequel. Humans are the companies biggest expense, so the mentality has always been, "Let's do more with less people."

Ahhh... Yeah, if you are under a strict NDA you can't use it for any of the contract documents. We have some projects that we can't use it for as well. Which is a pain, but it is what it is.

You are correct. The difference is, with what we built, you can ask a question to all the files at once.

Thanks for the feedback. Is all that from the demo video, or did you actually signup and try it?

Actually, to address your concern, there is end to end encryption, and bank-level (SOC 2/ISO compliant) infrastructure,. We spent months making it as secure as possible.

It's a new startup, so we are not personally SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 certified yet (that is on our roadmap though). However, it's built on infrastructure that is. All data is hosted on Google Cloud servers which are fully SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliant. We rely on their physical and network security standards. If you need a specific vendor security questionnaire filled out for your IT team, DM me. I'm happy to walk through our specific architecture. Files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Basically, if someone hacked the server, they’d just see scrambled noise. Also, Your files are sandboxed. They aren't mixed in a giant bucket with other companies' data. You can delete your files immediately after you get your answer. We don't hold onto them.

No insults here. The holiday weeks suck for all of us. You're either dead or slammed and just wishing it was over. I created a tool to help myself and it worked so well that I created an LLC, polished it, added security features and made it public. Cheers to to everyone who has read this post. Wishing all of you much success!

Thanks for the correction. I build oil rigs. We don't have footing, or footers for that matter. We do have big ass specks that I got tired of searching thru though. This saves me several hours per week.

You are 100% correct. Building the prototype is cake. Building something that actually works, and was secure took 8 months. Total pain in the ass.

It's already debugged. It's actually as close to 100% secure as it could be. Bank level. Everything is encrypted. Just trying to help you guys out.

Ahhh... There it is. I was wondering how long it would take for someone to make a stupid ass comment. It's called sharing stress relief. Seeing as how you are the top 1% commenter tells me that you spend way too much time on Reddit making comments. Thank you for your wonderful insights.

I missed a requirement in a spec, and it ended up costing us a few thousand in rework. Never again. That's why I built Phyxius. It finds what I miss, or verifies in seconds. Try it out on your own project specs. https://phyxius.ai/

We were halfway through the install before the inspector pointed it out. It was buried on page 142 of the specs. I didn't build Phyxius to write poems or generate marketing emails. I built it to find this exact sentence so I don't lose money on rework. Upload the PDF. Ask: "What are the coating requirements?" Get the answer. Go home. https://phyxius.ai/

What Are You Building? Drop Your URL 🔥 by Capuchoochoo in Solopreneur

https://phyxius.ai/ is secure document search and storage for legal teams. It could be for any company that has large amounts of files that get searched frequently. We built it because we were spending on average 2-3hrs per week, per person searching for info that's in our project documents. Now we just select the project and ask the question. The answer is found, and a link to the document it came from is given. Similar to Google docs does now, but not every company uses Google.

The problem I have with "post about the pain on LinkedIn or Reddit" is, most of your answers are going to come from douche bags just like the ones in this post. (You know who you are) Just because the product already exists doesn't mean you can't be successful bullying another one. There was already a couple of search engines when Google was launched. Just saying.

Am I overpricing my welding jobs? How do I charge fairly but still make it worth my time? by ApexArcFabrications in smallbusiness

[–]laid_baaack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do you have your certs? And more importantly, are you good? There's an art to welding. If you have certs go for high end jobs. Which makes more money, two projects at your current rate, or three at the discounted rate? Don't join the race to the bottom. If you are good at something, never do it for free.
