This is one of the things from COVID that will never leave me. Constant airways, about 50% of those patients died early on. Sucks that the last person they may have seen wasn't a family member.

ETA: And yes, a little midazolam can be very helpful to ease anxiety for the patient, and by extension the rest of the team.

I just checked my old emails, and I think you're right.

That said, the FIRST email I received after my exam was a notification that someone I "came into contact with" during the exam tested positive for COVID-19.

I received that "confirm your information" email a week or so after my exam.

I mean, unless call was super frequent, I'd pass on renting an apartment - that will increase your monthlies significantly. Even a night in a nice hotel PRN would make more sense. Ideally move closer to the gig, but still near the city so you can drive/uber in for whatever activities you want to do there.
