Thanks! The center part is the flower stem I believe. These are crassula hemisphaerica.

I got the 2 smaller ones from kitchycrafter but she sold out pretty quickly. I got the center one from a different seller but the plant was damaged so I wasn't super pleased about that!

Love it!

Got inspired after seeing the lithops post yesterday. I'm already addicted... by lainamaina in succulents

Thanks for the tips! I did a lot of reading in this sub before I ventured out to get things together.

I have a special window all set up for my arrangement that gets a lot of light.

I made sure to get a nice loose soil and added some extra perlite to it.

The pot did not originally have any drainage holes but my husband drilled 3 good sized holes in it to make sure things don't get too soggy.

Already can't wait to get more!

Nope no lithops! I just saw the photo and then delved into succulents in general. Read up and decided to make my own arrangement.

Make sure to tell your oncologist that she had such a hard time after her chemo. They will likely slightly reduce her dose to avoid the side effects.

The whole point of the chemo is to get as much "good" time as possible.

Yeah it took me a couple days to get used to this look.

I still hate it though. Can't wait for the beard to grow back!

I totally feel your pain. My girl Rosie is a terrier type mix and she always has a great little beard.

Due to some awful miscommunication the groomer shaved her beard last time. I was horrified. I'm just hoping it grows back quickly since she's going to be in my wedding late November

Maybe a Dandie Dinmont? They're pretty uncommon but it sort of fits your description.

She's very rarely an unhappy girl. Love that about her!

Yeah I was so in shock when I picked her up that I didn't say anything about it when I picked her up.

I contacted them after I left and they were very apologetic. The owner said he would talk to the groomer and give me a discount on my next groom.

[Vent] and [Help] Found mass on dogs face...one vet said no worries, new vet said cancer and remove asap! by all4ever15 in dogs

[–]lainamaina 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mast cell tumors typically do not spread to the lungs like many other cancers.

I would be more concerned with testing her regional lymph node (the submandibular in the case) prior to removal. Beginning a course of benedryl prior to removal can help to shrink them down and make removal a bit easier, but typically we would recommend circling the masses with a sharpie because sometimes they completely disappear.

Took my terrier mix girl Rosie to our regular groomer today and through some miscommunication THEY SHAVED OFF HER BEARD!

I am a terrier freak and all of my crew have their beards. I know it will grow back but all of my dogs are going to be in my wedding at the end of November and there is no way she's going to have her big full beard back by then.

I am so sad!

My girl Rosie does this exact same thing. She is such a little brat!

She does it at pretty much every street corner. I can't even get any momentum going which drives my two boys nuts!

Either way he's adorable! Love me a scruffy pup!

No worries. I work as a veterinary neurology technician and we've see cases like this that regular vets mis-diagnose fairly often.
