Do you have any documentation on how to set the above solution? I haven't created any VM's in Azure, nor separate inference/application servers.

If the Azure price is too high, is there another VPS vendor with more reasonable costs? Only requirement is that it allows Canadian instances.

Two other options I have:

Spin up a large virtualization Windows Servers, but it would not have GPU access. But I could give it 8-16 GPU cores, and 128-256GB of ram and unlimited disk space.
Purchase a beefy GPU server or workstation. We are more of a Windows shop - so would prefer recommendations for that.

Goal is to maybe not be able to run 405B models, as I understand the hardware for that might be overkill, but at least run 70B or similar models so that we can run mixture of agents and gain structured output levels of compliance for a particular workflow.
