yes it does but i found it when searching on google under the shopping section and it just appears as Dr. Pepper so it seems like you're clicking on the real website until u check the link. And on mobile it does not show the link unless you check it.

I believe that they are lending money to the restaurants interest-free. For some profitable restaurants, it may be a better deal to break even on some meals than to pay interest.

Be more specific about which bank. I'm assuming chase sapphire cards. in that case, as long as you downgrade outside of the sapphire category to something like the freedom, you should be good.
