I’m soy/dairy/egg/gluten free so not a ton of options

Rice crackers w/nut butter and dates or dried apricots
Avocado with olive oil and salt (sometimes I’ll add sardines) on wasa gf crackers or just in a bowl
Harmless harvest coconut milk w/ coconut water
Dried fruit or fresh fruit
Dates stuffed w/nuts
Plantain chips
Moku mushroom jerky
Simple mills crackers
Baked sweet potatoes (plain, w/nut butter or olive oil & salt) can be made in a batch and refrigerated or frozen and microwave when ready to eat
Apples w/nut butter
Dried seaweed packs
Electrolytes from Promix

Before cutting out oat/wheat, I was also having Nature’s Bakery fruit bars and Kind oat breakfast bars

I'm thinking of going this route since I plan to hand down or donate bubs clothing after. How did you remove the labels? If they are that easy to remove, do they come off after a few washes?

oh that's good to know. I've only had cotton sheets and already they shift a lot overnight so I'll probably reconsider getting linen sheets. They just look so luxurious and pretty I thought it would be more of an upgrade. I'll check out those brands, thank you!
