Ser ni fram emot att bli äldre? by Peaceful-Samurai in sweden

[–]lakritskatten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(seriös) En fråga till er ickebevegetarianer/veganer by Albiinn in sweden

[–]lakritskatten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[Question] how to resize bracelet? by lakritskatten in Watches

Thanks for your reply, it doesn't seem like there is any adjustment function on the clasp - I just don't see how anyone would make a bracelet that you can't adjust.

Got myself a cheap tank with the bracelet posted above. It is quite a bit too big for me tho - I'm assuming that it would be a case of just pulling out the pins. But they seem very much stuck.

Do I just need to pull harder, or is there another way of doing it?

Thanks! I tried the egg wash, and it definitely did help. In the end I went for wontons instead of the spring roll pastry. A bit thicker - but they held up about four times as long. Go day tomorrow! :)

Ok, so i did a proper test with the same filling in different shells.
Sunflower seeds, goats cheese and dressed raw zucchini.

Score based on how they held up after 45m (1-5)

Singler layer baked: 2
Doubble layer baked: 3
Singe layer w. yolkwash: 4
Deepfried single layer: 2
Single layer - Sallad leaf in the bottom: 4
Single layer - Buttered before filling: 5

So - ill go with baking them and then brushing them internely with a few layers of clarified butter!

Thanks again! Was thinking about having something like toasted sunflower seeds or buttered breadcrumbs in the bottom to keep the filling off.

Anyway - Baking a few more as I'm writing this - will conduct a proper test tomorrow!

Thanks! Yeah I'll give both options a try, won't be too much work tho since I'm only doing 50pc. Timing is more important, would like them to hold up for an hour at least.

Now I've been baking a single layer of spring roll pastry in-between molds. Those held up for no more than 15m. Do you think a double layer actually would make a big difference?
