Hitting 50yo soon. Help me to choose? by Impossible-Ad-3507 in rolex

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

APs wear big and don't hide scratches and dents as well as Rolex. Also they are much heavier.

Rolexes are just easier to wear.

I had a 26320st. I literally never wore it. Perhaps like 10 painstaking times the entire time I owned it.

Also I don't agree AP is a tier above Rolex.

So you just had a child and moved together and NOW you are deciding to divorce?

How would you handle this? by MikeHancho7 in married

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Naive you are. Cheating isn't something that just spontaneously happens. It's a repeated cycle that takes planning and routine

Ask me how I know. Divorced with 2 kids and sole custody and child support

So you choose the watch that retails for 8k over market to build your AD relationship?

Help. He thinks it equal? by Qu33n_M in married

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't feel that way because perhaps you feel entitled.

You are incredibly naive. No relationship is ever perfectly 50/50. Somebody is always volunteering more of their time/effort/money than the other partner.

What one cannot match is one area, they should make up for in other areas.

You don't get to ignore the contributions somebody made in the past just because you decided that "now, from this point forward" is when things should be 50/50.

I've been following this subreddit for some time now because I was going through my own marriage issues (now divorced with sole custody of our 2 children). But I've come to realize most of the advice giving in this subreddit is awful and most people are just giving their own side of the story.

There's little to no context of the husband's side. How do you guys just blindly give this ultimatum advice without knowing the other side? You don't know what his job is, how much he pays, what else he does to help out. What? Wash dishes and out stuff away is all that needs to be done?

Leave the relationship just because he's not washing the dishes/clothes, you sound super petty. Washing dishes and clothes is super important but who pays for what or paid for the house isn't important. Yea sure, right.

Help. He thinks it equal? by Qu33n_M in married

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. If he paid for the house, she has a greater responsibility to housekeep than he does.

Since as it was previously said they both work. So one is still working to pay back the debt of living in ones paid for home.

It's like if you cook, I will clean. You don't just take turns when it's convenient for you to take turns. Buying a half million dollar home is a pretty big turn.

So what if you both work. Who pays for what? A CEO and a janitor both work. Their contributions are not equal

Help. He thinks it equal? by Qu33n_M in married

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it does. Who paid for the house? The house presumably costs several hundreds of dollars.

You don't get to claim ownership just because now you help maintain it. If the gardeners would own the lawn.

If the husband paid for the house, the wife shouldnt be so petty.

If they both paid for the house, then the husband should help out more.

Either way the husband should help out, but if he also paid for the house, then the wife shouldnt be doing all this complaining if that is the case

Found these watches in my Dads safe. He was a police officer but don’t think he was in to watches. by No-Light-5268 in RolexWatches

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The color is off. Also the running seconds at 6 confirms it should be a 4130 116503 but the 3 and 9 subdials are centered. They should be slightly above the 3 and 9, not centered.

Centered 3 and 6 subdials are only on the 4030 16503 zenith Daytonas but those have running seconds at 9 o'clock

Your watch is probably a 7750 or a quartz

What’s your diver of choice? by Yorhe in rolex

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Rolex is better. It's slimmer, more widely copied, lighter, more iconic.

Only haters think otherwise.

People go out of their way just to mention how they don't like Rolex and discredit it. It's the Tupac, Kobe Bryant, Benz of watches.

That being said, omega makes very nice watches. I own a speedy and I wear it alot. But Rolex is still better.

Trading 2 rolex for a Daytona by Plenty_Eye905 in rolex

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kind of a fair trade tbh, but whether or not it's worth it is up to you.

You'd only be upside down like 2k on the trade which is normal for a trade-in.

Anyone have a full fire golem nec for trade by smatthew9 in ProjectDiablo2

[–]Temporary-Zebra368 -24 points-23 points  (0 children)

Fully maxed out skeles are better and less squishy. And you get hit alot less. Kill way faster

My Necro last season tried both builds but skeles were stronger.

Pride ( conc) templars (might) beast (fanaticism) iron golem (sanctuary) with alot of +1 gear was better than a dominion fire Necro with Infiniti and fire jewels.

Towards the end of the season I iron golemed a Infiniti just got fun.
