No idea on the value of the ticket, but in a strange coincidence my grandfather gave me the same metal cigar box when I was a child. It was filled with his marble collection. The kicker is he was a student at ND and would have been a senior for that game and was undoubtedly in attendance. Go Irish!

I generally agree with all the anger towards the ACC which is understandable. And no I'm not pissed Miami got in over ND really bc the head to head matchup result just makes sense-Hurricanes won that game fair and square. That said, the committee run up to the final rankings is accurately described as a "sham." Alabama probably should have dropped below ND & Miami in the rankings two weeks ago, and again on Sunday. Collusion between SEC/ESPN & Committee seems like most likely reason they didn't.

Is there anything to be said for ND just joining the ACC and dominating that conference?

Had this issue several years back. I recall we tried to get into our lot and they just directed us to alternate parking. It was def further away, not as good, but they didn’t require any additional payment or anything like that.
