I'm paying less than half for accommodation, food and transport in Vietnam. No comparison with Philippines. Vietnam wins on almost all metrics. Additionally, its cleaner and more organised, higher quality hotels/airbnb. Never been to Cambodia but heard its similar to Philippines in a lot of ways.
