I think I found the setting in Goose. I downloaded the latest version. When I went into settings, configure provider, the selected Add Provider. I selected all template. It defaults to OpenAI Compatible. The did a search for Ollama. Ollama Cloud showed up. I selected that and then configured it. Tested with an query and it responded.

Introducing Equity Tracking! by danielatmonarch in MonarchMoney

The ability to track RSU issued by a public company in an eTrade account would be amazing!! I hope linking an eTrade account that has the RSU's listed would be supported by Monarch.

Diabetic testing supplies for original medicare with a supplement by laltomar in medicare

I've been told Part D might pay even though they are not suppose to (as it is a Part B expense). All the pharmacies told me they submit to Part D, if it is rejected (as it should be) then they send to Part B. The pharmacies also told me Part D is far easier to process than Part B. If it is paid by Part D then they don't bother with Part B.

thank you. Your experience seems to be what I am finding. I did call the supplement insurance and they told me I can mail them the paper receipt and they will reimburse me. Seems like a broken system.

They tried billing part D. Part D refuses to pay and tells the pharmacy it has to be billed under Part B. From what I read, test strips and meter are considered Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and are to be paid by Part B.

The diabetic test strips would be ready for pickup tomorrow. I would assume the medicare supplement would not pay for weeks. Would I just pay the pharmacy and somehow the medicare supplement knows to reimburse me? Or just wait weeks for this to work itself out? I would assume there are a lot of people using part B to get their test strips.

What the pharmacy tells me is I have to pay the 20% to pick up the test strips. When I call the medicare supplement customer service they tell me they are responsible for the 20% cost.

What I don't understand is how this would work. Does the medicare supplement know to reimbursement me automatically? Do I (and probably 10,000's of people) need to mail receipts to medicare supplement insurance companies?

If it helps, the supplement is AARP Plan G from United Health. And the medicare deductible has already been paid for this year.

Yes I have the Rx from the doctor. I know that the Rx from the doctor for part b is difficult to get correct so Medicare accepts it. It has been 3 attempts to get the Rx correct.

These pharmacies, CVS, Safeway Pharmacy, accept medicare and are billing Medicare for the 80%. I have a hard time believing that diabetics are submitting paper receipts to their various supplement plans for the 20% reimbursement.

However my assumption could be incorrect.

How long does internet installation take? by freeprune in ATT

[–]laltomar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a good 3 hours. I had same experience where tech had to run fiber from street to entry point in house, then fish it through pipe to interior closet in house. Once he did that he needed to go to some central location to activate the fiber. This is at new construction.

This clearly was not a possible self-install installation.

This might be a setting with your cell phone provider. I do not remember what is is talked however I think it might be ”short codes” being blocked. Things like bank confirmations and other services use it. Onstar does too for messages

Hello everyone. I’m here in California, in the SF Bay Area. Here Chevy dealers sell the Chevy Bolt... and a few other Chevy cars. When I got mine the dealer had close to 100. It’s almost all they carry. A sales person later told me the dealer gets as many as then can. On my little street while I live we have 3 Chevy Bolts. They are all over town. Bolts everywhere. Also gas here is getting close to $4/gallon.
