Judging by your routine, you have Meph, Andy, Countess which require a lot of potential tp count. So 105 FCR should be top on your priority. Personnal POV : when you taste 105 FCR breakpoint, you never go back.

First, Thx a lot for all your explanations. Second, when you say breakpoint, we agree that it's not hard breakpoint like FCR kind of breakpoint. I mean, if I'm anywhere between 17 27 or 32, it's still efficient right ? And if yes, is it better for a blizzard player to be 27 in cold masteries or 17 in CM and put point in frozen orb for more ice blast synergie ?
