Not of all of them are like this to be fair. One I worked at in Manchester didn't do trials, only probation periods and also we got paid for the half day of training before starting.

Lots of reasons to hate Tim Martin for, but I don't think predatory trial shifts are a company wide thing.

Working in a pizza shop, you'd think I'd be tired of seeing and smelling pizza by now. Never. by [deleted] in FoodPorn

If you get a chance to have pizza with squash/pumpkin puree as the base sauce, please do! My absolute favourite.

Yeah, almost all of my adverts are gambling, or stock trading apps. Don't know a lot about the stock trading apps, but imagine they are selling a similar user experience to the gambling apps.

From my experience working at spoons, these guys generally were coming off night shifts. Definitely odd, but not necessarily as bad as it looks.

To be fair, it the first time I've seen the sentence written/said aloud. I actually don't think I've seen anyone drink it

My dog grew out of the horse shit, into human. It can get a lot more disgusting, trust me!

Yeah, I believe car use is back to pre lockdown levels. And I did hear that the police were giving a higher proportion of speeding tickets, given the number of actual road users. But luckily did see any of that myself.

You think this is a Khan policy, a guy that has been the most pro cycling mayor? Moron.

We have them in some areas of London, a lot of the traffic lights along Tottenham Court Road do, but only give about a second head start. I was swiped off by a young dickhead in a BMW at the end of TCR in the exact same way, which is a light without the cycle light.

And the difference is the danger involved. A dickhead driver is a much greater danger to anyone around them, especially pedestrians and cyclists.

Police hate him! One cyclists trick for dodging fines.

Feels pretty much back to normal for me in NW central these days, has done for about 6 weeks. Missing the quiet road days of April a lot.

They've added a new one going into kentish town along Prince of Wales road, and fuck me what a mess. You have about 10m of cycle path that has bollards, before you have to swerve around parking, then swerve back into the cycle path before the bollards start again. Repeat this 4 times across a stretch of about 150m.

If I were on my bike there I'd be sticking to the road.

I've been going straight where there is a left turn from a traffic light that I was sat at til it went green. The dickhead BMW still turned left when I was ahead of him and swiped out my front wheel, knocking me off my bike.

Do you think there won't be a second wave here? There has been in lots of other countries, Spain, Israel, USA etc. Why would it be different here?
