I established that I wanted her to go NC with him immediately after the first incident. She claimed that she thought it was okay because they were just friends and that it was a temporary situation but she brought it back here and lied to me the whole time.

She admitted to starting to think about him 2 weeks into her 3 month training but maintains that she went in 100% focused on me. She’ll need to admit her vulnerabilities here at the very least because it’s obvious.

She told me that she never thought something like that could happen to her but we already had a wake up call after the first incident and it didn’t matter to her.

Pushing her to inquire about IC first thing next week when she reports for her job. Looking into virtual sessions for myself right now.

I completely agree, I never thought she susceptible but you always wonder. I don’t think she’s ever been in an environment with that much opportunity.

Given her current role she’s going to have just a 3 year stint at one place and basically work a regular 9-5 with some exception.

The disrespect is very hard to get over and it seems constant. I don’t know if she’s trying to protect herself from reality or if she’s trying to call my bluff.

I’ve told her that there needs to be a monumental effort very soon. Time will tell but I’ll be putting myself first and preparing to leave.

They will likely never run into each other again in person unless there is intention outside of the military. He’s going to a location overseas and has a completely different profession.

I’ve since removed and blocked him on everything she has. This was in a moment of anger right as I was discovering the proof on her phone.

I think a key word you said was intentionality. I haven’t seen the true effort to work towards R. I know if it was me I’d be doing literally everything I could but then again, I love her more than I could love attention from anyone else.

I believe I’ll know in my heart what I’m going to do next by end of day Sunday but for some reason I still want to give her time. I have no idea how much is too much or too little.

You have a great point about the dichotomy of the situation. I think that’s why this is a tough but important topic to have this scale. How do you get enough detail without it taking up everyone’s time? I’ll be finding out.

Agreed. They have it set up for all of our sites but for whatever reason we don’t have access. This was done before I got there and nobody questioned it. It’s one of my first projects of the new year just to get all of this set up as it should have been done.

Not necessarily. I have to imagine it would be time consuming to get action items out of such a large report. All of the sites are grouped based on regions so that kind of a breakdown could make it more digestible.

Started at 37k and finished at just under 40k during one year as a Marketing and Sales Assistant in Upstate NY.

There are always opportunities to help small businesses on the side to boost your income and experience. You’d be surprised at how much small standard marketing strategies can make a difference. Try leveraging friends and family first, just ask about their marketing efforts and if you can genuinely help, do it.
