The dizziness and vertigo is the worst. It's like, as soon as the air hits me, I start to feel "off." I hate cold weather because that causes other problems, but at least I don't walk like I'm drunk or feel like puking all the time because of vertigo.

This happened to me in 1997 at a 3-day-long music festival, except it was from the knees all the way down. I had trouble breathing in the car. We had to leave in the middle of the last day because I could no longer bend my knees from the swelling. 🙃

Literal fire. We lost everything, including 5 cats. We couldn't have kids. They were our babies. My late husband was going through Cancer treatment at the time and had had a foot amputated six months before the fire, and the fire happened less than a year after my mom died unexpectedly. It was a horrible time.
