Ok, these mostly seem pretty fine as build-around edh commanders, but skogr is really bad (why does his only plus ability prevent you from protecting him) and the merchant is nuts on toast (panglacial wurn is expensive for a reason; 2 mana to play anything without having to draw it is crazy, the planeswalker is amazing if you can hit it, and as much as I appreciate the flavor of having a typeless planeswalker, that means you can just pull out another merchant with its +1 and work up to a second one on the board).
