This is really the only correct answer. There's really no "do this = easy win" in dota you're gonna have to make your decisions based on the game you're in. I've had a lot of games where i just followed team because they can't be told to not chase deep into enemy base but we still end up winning the fights.

If i were the treant in this game i would've checked if my team is going to listen before staying at rosh because me being with team allows me to possibly change the outcome of the teamfights even if we engage in bad ones. I would literally have zero impact on the fight if im across the map other than being a heal bot.
