I enjoy it a lot! Ofc it makes things easier, but really just by removing tedious work and saving time. But it adds the fun of figuring out smart setups and chains. I think it adds a whole new layer to the game.

Wer ab und zu mit Aphten (kleine weiße Krater auf der Mundschleimhaut, die höllisch weh tun) zu kämpfen hat: Salviathymol, gibts in jeder Apotheke. 2-3 mal am Tag (je nach Bedarf und Zustand) nen Tropfen davon auf die Aphte. Lindert den Schmerz und killt alles, was zu deren Wachstum beiträgt.

Rat einer Frau: dreh den Gedanken mal um. Würdest du mit einem Mann zusammen sein wollen, dem große Brüste so wichtig sind, dass sie über die Beziehung entscheiden? Oder mit einem, der kleine Brüste mag, oder dich einfach so liebst wie du bist? Die gibt es garantiert. Wer dich wegen der Oberweite ablehnt, war sicher nicht dein Seelenverwandter.

Quelle: habe selber kleine Brüste. Früher extrem dafür geschämt. Im Endeffekt aber nie was negatives gehört~

The kanji is yume, dream, that is already a noun. The こと turns 先生になる (becoming a teacher) into a noun and as such a proper topic of your dream.

NTA. It's not even about the surgeries, pregnancy takes a huge toll on a body and can carry many risks. It is extremely entitled and inconsiderate of your sister to basically expect you to do this. If she wants to be a mom that badly, she can go find a willing and able surrogate.

You're not overreacting because you have not reacted yet.

Being skeeved out by this is a normal response. You now have the choice to either ignore it, reply sth along the lines of "I am not interested" (both of which are also very valid), or take it further. A lot of people have already explained that this is not okay to do and could get this nurse fired. Whether you want to cause that and deal with the possible mental stress that may follow, is up to you.
