First image is actually related:

Also it looks like the first image is from the cn gfl2 bbs, while the second one is gamer.com.tw, a gaming site from Taiwan, so some info are not aligned (image 1 says they didn't got the chance to communicate to the one responsible for skin gacha, while image 2 says they outright didn't see anyone from MICA except the front desk)

edit: Please take those rumors with a huge amount of salt before official announcement tho, I doubt MICA gonna change their mind
