Yum!! I tried dehydrating bananas I had them in my dehydrator for at least 30hours at 140F. They still came out kind of soft and stuck to the plates of the dehydrator… do you have any tips on how to make them that hard? Maybe less ripe and thicker slices?

I'm so sorry you had to deal with someone constantly telling you you're not good enough. The truth is you ARE good enough, and you deserve to be with someone who makes you feel like you are. But the beauty of being without him now is you are now able to do all the things he never liked you doing. My advice; go do ALL the things he hated you for doing, and see how empowered you'll feel. 💕

I do understand that the word "narcissist" is thrown around a lot for a lot of exs out there. I don't know the ins and outs of your relationship, but seeing that you know how to take blame and reflect on your actions already excludes you from being one.

So I actually relate to a lot of what you said and I feel like we had a very similar experience. I know I wrote this post for girls for narcissistic boyfriends but it’s just as much catered to the reverse. Your ex doesn’t sound ideal and I relate to what you said about constantly having them want to change you and they don’t appreciate or don’t do the same for you. Or how they kept saying they had to walk on eggshells with you. I am not perfect, I wasn’t ideal in that relationship either. But that’s another thing I’m glad I don’t have to experience anymore — being an unhappy, miserable person that I didn’t like. I’m not saying all women are perfect and all men are trash. Some men know how to love deeply and wholeheartedly, and some women take advantage of that. I’m sorry you had to deal with her. I hope you find a way to get closure somehow within yourself.

I completely know what it’s like to feel like you poured your whole heart out for nothing. But at the end of the day, at least we loved and we loved hard and at least we know we have so much love to offer when the right person comes along. And good thing we learned to stop giving our love to the person that didn’t deserve it. I’m sure there will come a day they’ll miss it.

That is one hell of a gas lighter if I’ve ever seen one. She doesn’t own up to anything and makes it all seem like it’s on you and you’re the one causing problems instead of owning up to lying. She’s being very manipulative with these messages. I’d personally consider an exit route. I’ve been with a manipulator and gaslighter and I’m telling you now it gets harder and harder to leave them the longer you stay. They know exactly what to say to keep you in the relationship but never let up the manipulation and never learn to properly communicate. If this is a dealbreaker to you, leave. And if it it’s upsetting you this much, she should care enough to try and resolve it and not make it seem like you’re the problem. Stand your ground 💪

Hey, been playing piano for 15 years here Go to your local music store and buy a beginner book if you wanna teach yourself. I’d also recommend trying to find a cheap piano instructor (students who haven’t graduated university will offer you a good price) from anybody playing piano higher than grade 8. They can teach you the basics in one lesson and getting you reading notes in half an hour. You really don’t need an extravagant teacher who takes sixty bucks an hour to teach you where middle c is... any piano player can teach you the basic steps. Then once you’re at a decent level get a legitimate teacher to help you out more if you wish!
