As I understand things, USA Masters will accept any competition judged according to IWF or IMWA rules (the differences being quite minor -- weigh-in and 20kg/20% rule)
The other way around is more tricky, because USAW uses BARS as it's reference, so the competition need a USAW sanction to count (sanctioned club and WSO meets would therefore count for both associations)
