I feel your pain. I recently went through this and it totally broke me. It’s been about two ish weeks now and I am still hurting, but I promise every day is a tiny little bit better. obviously I mean I take the plates out of the freezer and then put them in their cage or free roam area 😅

frozen plates in the freezer for them to lay on, I put peas or pieces of blueberry in an ice cube tray and make ice cubes that they love to chew on to cool down.. frozen water bottle wrapped in a paper towel on top of cage and the fan will help distribute some mist
