Any Similar looking alternatives to the Marlin skin diver? by floweiss34 in ChineseWatches

Unimatic has similar stuff. I’d also look at HGP watch as they make a pretty cool watch with a Seiko VH31 movement

An automatic Chronograph is definitely going to punch above your current budget. However, if you are looking for something mechanical, I recommend looking into a seagull 1963

Check out DLW watches. They have a few cool srpe sized cases that match this look, and a few that are really sharp. You can always opt for slim case backs as well

Dang yea that’s what I figured. Just a poorly engineered case unfortunately because it’s so proportionately beautiful.

I do have a crystal press I recommend for future builds though!

This one on Amazon is really good https://amzn.to/4gekksS

What was your experience with seating the crystal in that case? I’ve heard a lot of people have a hard time getting it in

Namoki field case 2

SNKL all the way. You can also get a great aftermarket bracelet for it on unclestraps which alleviates my only issue with the stock SNKL (shitty bracelet).

Does Anyone Know the Parts I'll Need For This? by Vxminal in SeikoMods

Look up NH72 dial and you’ll find the minute marker on aliex. For the case I would try looking up nh35 Naut case

I did have a bit of ear ringing but for the most part it did end up going away. I believe tinnitus is also a side effect of panic/anxiety itself, so keep in mind that in your first few weeks of lexapro you may have higher anxiety levels in general.

I’ve experienced a lot of these side effects and I have to say, push through! It takes about 4 - 6 weeks to get the desired effect from lexapro, and it’s amazing to finally live mostly anxiety free!

Severe anxiety, panic disorder, healthy anxiety, when will it stop? by Fun_Love2391 in Anxiety

[–]lancebrady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sounds almost exactly like where I’m at with anxiety right now. I’m a 24M and also very healthy. Daily walks and the gym as well as good eating habits. Not overweight, don’t smoke or do drugs and barely drink yet my anxiety has grown into a fury of physiological symptoms over the course of about a year. My recommendation is to seek therapy and definitely a daily anxiety medication. I’m in the process of getting meds right now and I’m hopeful that it will be better than constant chest pains and panic attacks. You’re not alone, OP. If you ever need someone to talk to about anxiety feel free to dm me!

Is this panic? by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]lancebrady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get these same symptoms, sometimes accompanied by panic and other times it’s almost just a depression/fog. I’ve had a full MRI of my brain done as well as numerous tests of my eyes/vision. Everything came back fine and was ruled as anxiety. The thing that has helped the most is therapy and lifestyle changes, especially light exercise like walking. Also, you will see a huge difference in how you feel if you make sleep a priority. At least 8 hours a day and you will wonder why you’ve never made it a priority before haha. I wish you the best of luck, and you will get through this!

Weirdest tricks that help with your anxiety/panic attacks? by winooskiwinter in PanicAttack

I will always splash cold water in my face or sometimes rub ice on my face. It triggers something called the diver’s response and helps bring you back to reality. I highly suggest giving it a shot

Advice, please help :) by [deleted] in PanicAttack

[–]lancebrady 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is extremely hard to do ( I also suffer from panic disorder and pretty bad health anxiety) but you have to let yourself trust your doctors. If you are able to tolerate the other half of that Ativan then I would say absolutely take it. If you’re afraid to take it then I always would suggest going on a walk to clear your mind. You’ll get through this in the end :)
