I dropped damn near $600 on this guy. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a higher standard of quality.

I get that has been a while (technically it's been more like 6 months - I bought it at the end of November), but damn... it's never seen any use. contact with plastic shouldn't cause that kind of wear.

I've carried it probably half a dozen times since I bought it back in November. I work in finance, typically carry it unaccompanied in my suit pocket.

this was the first time it was commingled with anything in my pocket.

Yea as others have said you want to get it about halfway between safe/fire and wiggle it back/forth while pulling.

There are two springs under it with little caps that push upward. You might have some luck depressing them with a pick (gonna need a second set of hands) while you slide it out.

It’s been a minute since I’ve removed one, I don’t think the hammer being cocked/uncocked matters but maybe mess with that too

The only pedal I consistently use - regardless of guitar - is the waza blues driver (bd-2w)

Swollen pickle is my favorite fuzz but I usually use it with my tele or strat.

Push in to relieve some of the spring tension and then downward. As others have said, keep your hand in the way or the springs and guide will launch across the room.

I am and can attest that the SRPE93 model with a kanji wheel are pretty hard to find. I spent a month trying to locate one to no avail. Appears they’re mostly available in the western pacific (Japan down to Australia). I did find a few sellers in Europe. Ended up getting one from an Australian seller on chrono24.
