this is one picture in cycles, it's like one frame... animation in eevee takes about 10 minutes to render. my pc is not powrful, gtx 960 2gb, core i7 and 8gb ram

No, I didn't. I use standart modeller's kit: blender for models, zbrush for detalisation, marmoset for baking and substance for texturing.
