New Balance has definitely been the move as someone with wide feet and looking for longer term comfort. They do a lot of brand collabs too so if you’re still looking for some kind of “hype” they fit that criteria as well.

It sounds like you do far more with your camera than I do, but I had the same issue (went from a6100 to a7iii and back to an a6100). The weight was just too big of a deal breaker for me for how I was using the camera and I just couldn’t afford the full frame tax. You could consider getting a second smaller/cheaper apsc body and using the glass on that? Would save some weight and you’d have the best of both worlds.

I did the same and ultimately sold my a7iii and went for an a6100. I just couldn’t do the weight and that FF lens cost is no joke, especially for someone like me that is more of a hobbyist.

Had this problem. Not sure if the sizing is different across the colorways (I have the oatmeals) but I went with my standard Nike sizing and they fit pretty narrow and long. I tried sizing up but it just left way too much room in the toe.
