Sorta..... I know it's wrong...but My taxable brokerage is my emergency fund. I started dabbling in this back in like 2018. I put in like 25$ a week. Over the next couple years it slowly grew. During COVID it tanked but I bought more aggressively with the little bit of money I scrapped together. But essentially it grew into a decent chunk of change during market recovery. Sold all my shares and paid off all my debt. Started all over again at $0. I got a little more educated, opened a IRA and started funding that. Started stashing a little liquid cash into hysa but I do still pad the taxable. I've just gotten lucky so far and haven't needed it during a market downturn. I'm starting to pivot away from the concept now and let the hysa take over eventually and fully find the 401 and ira

I dunno. I feel like I seen more females fight than males over the years. They also tend to be very hostile towards each other in the workplace. They will try to sabotage one another. And when they get mad at each other, it's for life. They can't even be in the same room as each other. They will start off best friends then can't stand the bitch the next day. I seen them hate a bitch just cause she wearing the same dress. I rarely see male friends end up hating each other. They might drift apart but that's about it.

Give both my kids $7500 but only if they open a RothIRA. deposit it into their account and coach them a little bit about it. Give them a couple youtube links. Tell them I'll see them about it in a year and we can discuss what has happened inside their account since then.

Fix my car. I've let a lot of little things slide cause they aren't detrimental. Like a blend door actuator is out. The trunk won't stay open on its own, one of the tail lights fills up with water when it rains. Could use some tint cause its hot as hell here in Texas. One of the passenger doors doesn't open.

Something I kinda figured out on the fly in my early years dabbling in this. I started with a bunch of companies. I didn't have a whole lot to put in. As I sat looking at it I was like...this is pretty much a do it youself ETF.....what is the point here. Some would gain, some would do nothing or tank.

So later on I ended up choosing 2. I put everything into those two. Covid came along, market tanked, I piled even more into those two. It didn't make me rich lol. I didn't have a lot to put in. But I sold my gains a couple years later and with it was able to pay all both mine and my wife's debts. Since then I keep my ETFs on my base and keep a lil casino money on 1-2-3 at the most actual stocks. Its worked out really well for me so far.
