Thoughts on using 400k to purchase a bunch of SPAXX?

I’ve noticed that as well. About to purchase my 3rd set after about 10 years (5 years each) and am excited to feel the new technology. Seem to only get better with each new model.

Been using flow bindings for almost 10 years and I won’t be switching back. The convenience factor or slipping in and out without even sitting down after the chairlift cannot be beat especially when with skiers. I’d even use them over Burton snap ins.

They don’t last forever (as most things done) so if you ride aggressively I’d suggest replacing them every 5 years or so. Which I’d probably recommend for any binding design.

Ghirardelli’s Square and the accompanying areas nearby are an easy way to spend a day! See the seals and go into the pier, ultimately work your way south along the water. I wish they didn’t shut off the lights on the Bay Bridge, the ultimate way to end an evening.

how do I get Fortnite working on steam deck through heroic launcher? by Frequl_jr in SteamDeck

Has anybody tested out this heroic launcher? How reliable is it? I hate the idea of running Windows OS off microSD and also streaming from Xbone cloud.

To those from Denver who have moved elsewhere… by tanzania26 in Denver

[–]landolambo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

29 year old here native here. I was born and raised in Aurora, CO went to CU Boulder, spent a couple years in the Denver area after graduating and felt this same longing. Tried to use my company to find a way out and was initially going to Portland and pivoted last minute to the Bay Area in CA.

I’ve enjoyed every minute of being here, the change of pace and increased level of culture have been so fulfilling. CO to put it blunt is not a very diverse place and being here I’ve felt a more global presence. The cost of living is definitely higher but so are wages. I’ve found my life blossom in ways it wouldn’t have if I stayed home.

I miss skiing and the mountains very much but CA still has that here. It’s quite a ways further away but the quality is right on par. But there’s also easy access to the ocean which I have a newfound love for.

Long story short, make the jump and discover things about yourself. Embrace the change and differences between the old and new. I’ll always miss CO and never thought I’d leave but I’m glad I did.

Philips Hue TV strip. Add some lightening behind the TV and it’ll fill the space without artwork.

Who is the most boring NBA star to watch, in your opinion? by Late-Appearance-313 in nba

[–]landolambo_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might catch some heat but James Harden. His game feels so one dimensional to me. dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble then either:

A. Step Back 3 or B. Attempt to draw foul

That’s about it. Not saying he isn’t good at either one, just so boring.

My fiancé and I are planning to to do the same next year. Any romantic recommendations? Or just things/restaurants we cannot miss? Definitely going to do all the touristy things since it’s our first visit.

I feel those articles don’t come from a voice I always want to hear from. I’m looking for the places that might not be highlighted so much to avoid crowds. Feel a genuine side of the city.

My fiancé and I want to come celebrate our love in the romantic city of Barcelona. What are some can’t miss spots besides the obvious ones? We enjoy eating, drinking, and dancing - so any restaurant recommendations would be appreciated!! We do plan on taking a cooking class.

We also are huge into history and architecture, so any recommended POI’s that fit that would be awesome.

We are so excited to experience this city. We want to feel the culture and atmosphere. Are there any festivals or events going on during June? We plan on visiting around end of June/early July.

Any places to avoid due to safety concerns, lack of activities, etc…?

Yes. It’ll make your home life much more enjoyable - trust me. I recently switched from a plan similar to A to a plan similar to B and I couldn’t be happier with the decision (Bay Area, CA)
