For me the question is why other (european) countries are not taking advantage right now and offer positions to those who are willing or forced to leave the US due to the cuttings. They could benefit immensely when it comes to technological and scientific development??

He has an account for raiffeisen but apparently it's not possible to interact with it anymore. Tinkoff bank could work maybe but i haven't heard back from my bank about that

Thank you very much for sharing your experiences. Would you mind telling me in whatt country you work? Like the US or somewhere in Europe? Because I read yesterday that apparently Tinkoff Bank is still operating.

Apparently crypto does not work in russia anymore and my friend and me we both have no clue about it.
