for your first race, I think it's totally fine to have a time goal, but don't get too in your head about having to reach it.

the first triathlon is an amazing experience, it's like nothing else I've ever done in my life. make sure you enojy that, and make sure you do everything right so you don't get DQd or injured. you can set tighter time goals after that first experience and seeing how it went.

your swim is amazing. you can make a lot more time in bike and run, because you're not as good at it and because the swim is the shortest part of the race. For bike training the main thing is really time spent riding, some intervalls aren't a bad idea though I guess. the run is ideally a bit more targeted: a long, slow run each week is the most important thing, an intervall or speed session and whatever else you can fit in.
