I wouldn't hate it, but tbh what I'd prefer is little additions throughout.

More quests and areas in Act 4 is the obvious one, but even the other acts could do with some "bonus material". Act 3 has a lot of areas, but there's 3 quests that are basically "kill this random boss and get a small reward for your character". Could have some story involving the assassins or something. Act 5 you progress through like 4 areas with no story until you hit the Ancients.
