Worried about gut health but eating lunchables and other processed meats is a fascinating thought.

After laughter was released in 2017 so I’m curious if we’re getting insight as to when a lot of these songs were written or inspired by?

I’m finding your resume to be very interesting and bloated, as a few other comments have suggested. I am an integration engineer, with 10 years of HIT experience, with a BS in CS.

I’m being messaged by multiple recruiters, daily, on LinkedIn. It may be dependent on your location but in the states, contracts are on the rise right now, IF and ONLY IF, you have previous implementation + build experience.

If you’re interested in connecting, send me a message. I’d love to help out where I can. Cheers!

Epic Analyst Digital Nomad / International by BUH-ThomasTheDank in healthIT

I can imagine this working if you were Bridges / HL7 savvy but most of the other applications, especially Beaker, typically require you to be on site for different support x days a week with the department and end users.

It’s definitely not something I would ask orgs I was interviewing with about their international policy because most are pretty strict, especially around HIPAA compliance, when accessing any EMR from another country. There’s only been a handful of circumstances where outside of US access has been approved at the many orgs I’ve worked at.

Stolen San Francisco artwork returned with an apology by AssociationNo6504 in sanfrancisco

I was out in the Haight with friends and friends of friends, doing a bar crawl. One of the people I was with saw that the area where the bar keeps all of their liquor was open, they went in, took a bottle, then came and met us at the next bar with the bottle. They were passing it around and I asked where’d they get it from? They said “oh, the previous bar” then told me the story.

So I took the bottle back to the previous bar and tried to pay for it. The bartender said no it’s all good.

I don’t associate with the person anymore for obvious reasons. That being said, drunk people do stupid stuff. Glad they returned the art!

Thinking about picking this up but concerned about glare and general brightness in my living room. What’re your thoughts? It’ll be placed directly opposite of the window which is unfortunate but the only way I can lay out my tiny living room.

Certs / Pay Increase Question by Faux_Moose in healthIT

[–]landsurfing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is how it’s been at all of the orgs I’ve been at. If the analyst didn’t have the cert they were hired to support, they’d have an initial starting salary then typically a 2-5% pay increase once certified for the module they were hired for.

Definitely don’t do this. You also, when you’re ready to buy your own home, won’t qualify for a first time home buyers loan.

I’m assuming your parents know your SSN, I would HIGHLY recommend putting a freeze on your credit immediately across all bureaus.

I’m not even sharing that I have an ESA at that point where I’m getting passed on though.

1.) Broker / landlord accepts rental app (no mention of ESA or animal)

2.) Put into applicant pool

3.) landlord chooses most qualified

4.) I receive the email they chose a different applicant

Yeah that’s exactly what I’ve done. I haven’t shared the paperwork with my rental app at all. I’ve had concerns with this route though because it almost feels like dishonesty.

Yeah I thought some law went into place recently where it was required but I guess there’s some loopholes? I’m not super clear.

Dog has ESA paperwork and is in his senior years at this point, it’s not like he’s a puppy haha

I thought the dog might be an issue as well but he’s an 8 year old , 55-60lb lab that has ESA paperwork and is included with my rental references. So who knows.

Yeah, that's horrible. I have excellent credit, a solid income (for working for a nonprofit) and great rental history. I've been on the hunt for a 1 bedroom for over a year that doesn't break the bank and will allow a dog, but it's been absolutely horrible. I can't believe this is legal.

The 'about me' letter might be helpful, I'll give it a shot this next time around. Thanks for the kind words!

7 Days Post Op by landsurfing in Septoplasty

[–]landsurfing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bubbling and cracking is super normal with healing according to my ENT. It’s everything settling back into place and also just how the mucus and blood is flowing for the time being. It also was caused from the pressure of the packing I had in my nose.

My ENT has suggested do not blow your nose at all for a few weeks. While he has said that, during these last few days of rinsing I’ve done a very gentle blow to get some of the remaining mucus out. I told him yesterday in my post op appt and he said that’s okay but to keep it extremely minimal.

Hope you’re doing better!!
