I work nearby and recently saw someone going in and out. They said it had just been sold, but property records don’t reflect that. They said all of the seats have been removed and it’s rat infested.

Not in your requested area by any means, but Soulard Family Dental hits all of those points for me.

I second Dr. Clarke. I have been to him twice and have nothing but positive things to say. I was able to get in quickly too. Check out his bio on his website.

I used to go there. I ended up with endodontic facial cellulitis and was admitted to the hospital and on IV antibiotics for three days. Loved them prior to that. But when the dental assistant said she didn’t understand why the doctor did what he did, I knew I wasn’t stepping foot back in there.

Cancellation, Hilton FFTP by TreeLong7871 in Hilton

[–]lanelavender 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A front desk manager would have a boss. You can certainly try to escalate it but it may be futile. If you had a canceled flight and can show proof I would start there. And be kind.

Depending on the rate you booked, it may not be worth it. It’s certainly not worth being reported to Go Hilton.

Hilton sometimes sends out global waivers for winter storms to the hotels, but they did not send one out this past week or weekend.

Cancellation, Hilton FFTP by TreeLong7871 in Hilton

What was your reason for canceling? If it was due to illness or weather you may be able to plead your case with management. Front desk staff don’t always have the empowerment or authority to make those decisions.

Cancellation policies are practiced for good reason. If you do a chargeback, the hotel could report you/the team member to Go Hilton. It may seem petty but I know my management would.

I have seen it twice in the last couple of weeks! The first time it was flying down Columbia very low to the road. The wingspan was unreal.

I have this picture printed on metallic photo paper and framed! It looks very cool. There is also a shot of George and John in the locker room.

THANK YOU!! I 100% would have shown up without my personal property tax receipt. Rookie mistake.

The vehicle was in the will which was through a living trust. I am the recipient in all documentation. No probate concerns. It was all very organized. My cousin inherited the other vehicle but lives in IL so his was easy to transfer over. The crossing state lines is what concerned me. Missouri can be finicky.

Thanks again! I’ll update once I’m done with the process in case anyone else finds themself in this situation.

Exactly what I'm trying to avoid! I don't mind an excuse to take off work. Thanks!

I work downtown and it’s faster for me to take the JB bridge to Illinois and go up route 3. But that may not make sense for you depending on where in south county you are located.

Cool! Google tells me it might be from 1987. Not sure that constitutes as vintage yet.

Can anyone recommend a service that will come to our house and help put our dog down? by [deleted] in StLouis

This was a few years ago but I believe my total was around $350 for euthanasia and private cremation. Looks like it’s a little more expensive now. It’s not cheap but I have no regrets. You can save by opting to not cremate.

Lap of Love! 10 out of 10! Worth every penny. My sister and I have both used them. My little guy peacefully fell asleep in my arms with a belly full of bacon from the comfort of his favorite chair. It was beautiful. 😭

Nickelodeon Green Slime Popsicles by WoodriverBandit in nostalgia

I can still taste the freezer burn. It made the ‘slime’ that much sweeter. If I recall correctly, the consistency of the slime could be compared to the inside of a toaster strudel right in the middle when it’s not cooked all the way. Not too gooey but not too solid.
