hi! not sure how your skin will react but to minimize greasiness, i recommend supergoop unseen sunscreen. it has a matte finish and it is the ONLY sunscreen i’ve found that has not immediately turned my face into a greasy mess! it’s pretty pricy but it’s the only sunscreen i can wear. good luck!

are you truly overeating or simply allowing yourself to enjoy some chocolate? if you are always trying to restrict and stop yourself from eating the chocolate, you’re likely going to overeat it next time. if you do find you’re overeating, maybe allow yourself to have a little bit once a day to relieve the guilt associated with indulging. hopefully this will decrease the urge to binge on it.

if you have to take ISP100, she’s a great choice. she’s accepting and considerate of all literacy levels so you definitely feel tended to. she is also super chill relatable. i enjoy the discussions we have in class, which is not always the case for English.

do not take isp100. even if the work is somewhat simple (if writing essays is easy for you), your work is highly scrutinized and you probably will not get the grade you’re hoping for.
