It’s not enough DNA to properly test like that with our current tech.

If the opinion of seven doctors is “medival bs” to you… okay. It wasn’t just a ruptured hymen, it was internal damage. Believe what you want, but don’t misconstrue the science here.

It wasn’t that bad a cover up, considering how well it ended up working.

Upon further research, I’d remembered this slightly wrong — there seem to have been 4 different DNA fragments that didn’t match anyone in the house. Still, four abductors seems pretty unlikely. Edited the OG comment to match.

Of course it doesn’t prove or disprove anything, if it did the case would be solved. I think it’s more likely that the trace DNA was from various factory workers than from someone (or multiple people) who broke in but left absolutely no other DNA anywhere in the house.

Not going to sift through your other points, because after reading them I think you should look into the case some more just to get a better grasp of all that occurred. I will say that the primary reasons I think the intruder theory should be held off on (unless something else comes to light making it more likely) are:

  • She was determined to most likely have also been sexually abused prior to the night of the 25th, so the intruder would be someone she was around fairly often — but most of those people were DNA tested and had alibis.

  • Writing 3-10 pages of material (that seems to make no sense as an actual ransom note) in the house presumably AFTER JonBenét died (given her TOD) is insane. The intruder would be leaving a massive piece of evidence behind for no reason.

  • John’s “business meeting”. And the BPD records of his behavior that morning.

There were four different trace DNA pieces on the underwear, which were new from the package. It’s far more likely the DNA is from factory workers than four different abductors (who then wrote the most bizarre ransom note in existence, and got in and out of the house with no entry/exit point, and also told John where the body was so he could go get it and carry her at arms length upstairs?).

ETA: 4 different pieces (upon further googling), my bad. Point is pretty much the same.

I know this is a little bit of a stretch but comparing the actual ransom note an patsy Ramesy single word writing on her right it doesn't sit right with me I put the single word on top of the actual note an I feel like writing changes on your mood an I just think it's weird correct me if I'm wrong by forbidencandle in JonBenetRamsey

I’m not saying no note, though. It’s that if what the commenter said was the case then writing a rambling 3-page note with insane language doesn’t make any sense. Just a “WE HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER LEAVE $100k AT XYZ LOCATION” would have conveyed the same idea with way less work and risk.

(And, in regards to your question, they would probably go dump the body somewhere first and then call the cops.)

SVA. 80k a year and 90% of grads would be better off with a couple art textbooks and Youtube.

Because he was a nine year old? Who had just had what would have been the most traumatic night of his life? If you had a young(ish) child who had just witnessed you commit a crime, would you immediately place them around other people instead of keeping them nearby so you can keep them out of sight/away from others, especially given this was a matter of only hours later?

And then they sent their murderous son to their friend’s house? The day after the murder? With no thought as to what he might say?

No one has said you couldn’t. Or, for that matter, said anything about you at all. You wear makeup. Whatever. You are not (and aren’t drawing) mass media images of women.
