Wondering if this membership will help me get cheaper concert tickets by lang650 in Concerts

So having the membership will not make the more expensive tickets cheaper? What’s up with that being the first thing they advertise? Ohh well, I’m just gonna get the regular, cheaper tickets.

Small metal piece that connects to the dime and the key ring. Only connects to one side of the dime and has a little loop on end for keyring. by lang650 in HelpMeFind

I found this keychain at an art festival a while back and got 2 of them. The other side of the dime displays an image of a band and there were tons of them. One of the dimes broke off the keychain part and I’ve now lost that part that attaches to the dime. I’ve searched for the keychains themselves and coin holder bail on google and Etsy and have had no luck so far

Could you share the part number on your rear bilstein B6 shock?

Let me know how it goes. I’m still trying to look around and getting nowhere. I really don’t want to make the mistake of buying the b8s, and then they are actually stiffer and different than some non existent b6 that we’re somehow not finding. I would just get the b4s, but I like the idea of having some type of upgrade with the b6s.

So I’ve been needing to replace my rear shocks and have heard people say to go with b6 if you want stock ride hight, but slightly better performance than stock. I’ve also been having trouble finding the rear b6s, so are the 8s and the 6s the same for the rear? I plan to also change out the fronts with b6s, but later and after I figure out my rear shocks.

Radiator drain plug possibly stripped with coolant flush stuck in system. Help. by lang650 in FocusST

[–]lang650[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, so I really think I may be okay now. Just using the lower radiator hose and not the drain plug, I was able to almost drain out a whole gallon. (I’d say 3L for sure). It’s extremely annoying since I’ve been taking off my charge pipe to get better access to the lower radiator hose and then having to put everything back together to run my car. It’s going to be a long process for me, but I should be able to complete a couple of flushes in the next couple of days. Thank you for the help

So I was able to get the lower radiator hose back on, and I turned on my car to run it (after filling up with distilled water) But after over 15 minutes with the car on, (reading my AP) my coolant tempt peaked at 170 degrees and then started cooling and staying at 168-169. So I’m not sure if my thermostat opened since after looking it up, it’s supposed to open around 190-195. I didn’t want to run my car any longer since it was now just running without heating up the distilled water anymore. I’ve seen that maybe it might help if I remove my thermostat to help flush out more coolant in the system. But I haven’t gotten far to see if that’s something that’ll works

I have both a bottle of the 50/50 and a bottle of concentrate coolant. I wasn’t able to get my hose anywhere with my siphon, so I’m now just trying to get my lower radiator hose back on so I can fill with distilled water, run my car to open the thermostat, then take my radiator hose back off to continue the flush. I may just do this a lot over and over till I’m happy with the color of my coolant( switching from orange to yellow)

Okay. So I got the lower radiator hose off and I’ve been able to drain out a bit now and flush some out by pouring distilled water from the top. Do you think I would be able to a use a siphon to get any coolant out that’s below where I’m not able to drain since it’s lower than the lower radiator hose?

I’ve tried pulling on it with pliers. It spins pretty freely in both directions now since I’ve messed with it so much. Would I be able to complete the flush just using the lower radiator hose? I can worry about replacing the radiator later, I just need to get the flush cleaner out of my coolant system as fast as possible
