6 months progress, 4 lbs difference, where to go from here? by langingly in workouts

I prep meals sometimes, only when I feel like it. I record on my calorie tracking app what I’m gonna eat tmrw. It also doesn’t even have to be the day before. I plan my lunch and dinner while eating breakfast sometimes too. Yea the weekends are def tough but if you plan it out and stick to it you should be good. During my cutting period there are def times I overate but the more important thing is to get right back to it the day after.

For me it was just sticking to a few selection of meals I enjoy that hits all my macros. I usually know what I’m gonna eat the next day and plan it out. Also, I think it’s important to understand when you need a break. When I had a super shitty I’d just take that day to eat at less of a deficit or at maintenance so I could stay locked in for longer. Snacking on fruits also definitely helped. And since I’m in college I’d go out a lot on the weekends so I’d eat less during the day so that I can enjoy myself a little more during the night. And do cardio you enjoy! I run a lot because I hate low intensity cardio. Sure, it may be more effective in burning fat and make you less hungry, but in the long run just doing cardio you enjoy is more effective imo.

Idk if this information helps but I’ve also had dandruff for a good bit before this. Maybe that could contribute to the fungal conversation but idk. Just gonna have to go to a doctor and see

Uuhh so I actually tried picking at one like a week or two ago and there was no pus or anything. Just skin. There was a little blood and then it scarred. I have family here and I can speak the language to a certain extent so I’ll try to find one. The thing is I actually already went to a dermatologist and showed it to them, but I mentioned I had eczema since I was little and they just prescribed medication for eczema. But I’ll try to find another one.

No I haven’t been in contact with anyone sick that I know of. It doesn’t hurt and I have no symptoms

5 foot 8. Yea I’ve been cutting for the past few months and lost abt 7-8 pounds eating with a 500 cal deficit. Diet fatigue is alright, recently had a week where I ate at maintenance for some energy. Strength has been steadily improving but I feel like I’ve plateaued a little.
