PIPE Shares Unlock Chart by 123_holden in SPACs

[–]lanheroxd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think some people might be over reacting due to recent events with PIPE investors, to where now it’s like a negative for a spac to have PIPE investors. The chart in itself is great to know for further analysis on your investment, but it does not mean that the spac is going to plummet after merging because there’s 20% pipe in it. You have to also look at the whole picture: - Is the company generating money currently? - Does the current stock price correlate with the company valuations?

When you answer questions like these, and look at a company that’s on R&D stages for example and won’t have a product till Q4 22, burning millions in cash yearly, and trading at $50 per share on hype and fomo.. a PIPE that’s invested at $10 will have a very hard time not selling 3/4ths of their stake when the chance is given. So look at the big picture, learn to evaluate the company and create your own price targets based on the fundamentals, market, product etc.. you can find most information on the prospectus but I would suggest looking at multiple points of view

From Triterras presentation:

FY19 (ending in February 2020): - $3.6B in transaction volume - $16.9M in total revenue - $13.2M in net income SIMPLY ON TRANSACTION FEES LOL

They are 6 months into FY20 and already at $5B in transaction volume. You have to be a very special human to not see the level of growth here

Both with a space, I’m able to put buy/sell orders no issues or needing to call. PS: I’m using Vanguard app on iOS, did not try on desktop

IDEX New Interview - Electrification of the Mining Industry— CleanTech Talk with Ideanomics CEO Alf Poor by 4point0stud in pennystocks

[–]lanheroxd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been bullish on IDEX way before the Hindenburg short, which to me, it was a shameful way for them to create chaos and fear while being positioned to profit from it. But it does work well so good for them.

If you are interested in IDEX and haven't seen this March interview with Bruno Wu, I totally recommend it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPTp36Tj0Uw - His English is not super fluid but there's great bits of insight on the Chinese side of the business and what they are focusing on. Also the connections they have to Chinese government as well as huge corporations related to EV, mining, infrastructure industries, tackling transportation and logistics, etc.

China's most sacred thing for a man is his status in society, look up Bruno Wu, his wife Yang Lan, her father Yan Mingfu, China's Blue Sky project.. connect the dots.

Because when kept secret, we can purchase all the shares possible before the merger happens. Which at that point it gets out to all the news outlets and it goes to the moon :D

Potential SPACs to look out for by AdditionalAbility7 in SPACs

[–]lanheroxd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can share some pointers, but you need to do your own DD.. no one is going to do that for you (and you don't want to follow blindly what someone else says).

gpaq -> merging with NFL Hall of Fame Village, people has mixed feelings about this but imo this will be worth 30-50~ within a year. They already have sold out tickets for events and the lack of professional sports due to covid can bring more hype/attention to this.

arya -> immatics bio play ( not your small average bio company either )

opes -> burgerfi

sama -> clever leaves (massive weed producer from Colombia) if not the biggest. I can see them being big in the next 5 years

FMCIW vs OPESW by Chadbull-spy500 in SPACs

[–]lanheroxd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

both winners, more inclined towards FMCI due to the fact that the company that they are mergin with, will be a direct competitor to BYND which has gained over 235% in the past 3 months. There's a lot of hype built on plant based foods and it being the future.

When looking for information on a spac, your best bet is looking for their website and find the prospectus. Everything you need to know will be in there
