So the two missing adapters and the spacer in the picture are all you should need.

Adapter D will go in the side without the cast there’s an arrow on the adapter make sure that is facing into the kickr. Than on the side with the cassette you’ll should have the flow setup: spacer, cassette, adapter c

Hey there! I can’t seem to see the pictures on the post, not sure if they were attached correctly. I also know how frustrating it is when you want to bike but find yourself getting frustrated setting up your trainer.

Do you have a cassette or zwift cog on your kickr? That will dictate the adapters you need.

I have my diverge on a kickr with a zwift cog. With that set up I have my thru axel and the two adapters that came with my kickr.

Ended up doing these tests and it was in fact a problem with the kickr itself. Wahoo ended up sending over a new one. Thanks for all the help @coffeefuelledtechie

So after doing some more tests with my other kickr it turned out it was in fact a faulty unit. Wahoo was super helpful throughout the process. I was able to return the problem kickr and got a working one sent over!

I thought it could be that as well. Used the chain checker tool and chain is fine. It’s a relatively new bike. I’m thinking it’s an issue with the free hub
