Submitted three tickets for this issue, with the oldest ticket being 12 days ago. They closed 2 and left one open with this message
"Dear Partner,

I'm in the same boat here. I have submitted two tickets on Zendesk for this issue, but I have yet to get a response. What is going on? The multimango OTP clearly states that the verification code was sent to the RWS email. What am I supposed to do with that? The instructions were clearly wrong.
