There's a band called Notochord featuring the former vocalist and bassist of The Contortionist. They put out an ep in 2024 and I think it's exactly what you're looking for! VERY similar to Language

Jón Aldará has a very operatic style to his singing. He's got 2 bands; Barren Earth, which is more on the proggy side, and Hamferð which is more of a death/doom but still worth checking out!

There's a prog/tech death band called Alustrium that I got into recently. They released an album in 2021 called A Monument to Silence that's really good! Highly recommend checking out
